Over the past nine months, I've had the privilege of working with an architectural photographer to help document a great even in the Washington DC area. Working wtih Chris Spielmann of Spielmann Studio, we were able to provide DCBIA with the video below. The photos below are the ones which I took and you can see some of Chris's work in the video. 

The District of Columbia Building Industry Association organizes an annual Community Improvement Day (http://www.dcbia.org/event_community.html) works to improve parks and other public spaces in the Washington, DC area. The 21st annual event took place at Robert F. Lederer Gardens in Washington, DC and with over 800 volunteers from more than 100 different organizations it was one of the largest CIDs in recent memory. The day was a huge success and thanks to all who took part and supported the event.

Community Improvement Day is a Public-Private Partnership between DCBIA and the DC Department of Parks and Recreation.
