A New Bridge

If you’ve driven along the Potomac or Anacostia Rivers over the past couple of years, you seen the six arches of the new Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge taking shape. The new span replaces the functionally obsolete South Capitol Street Bridge from the 1950’s.
