Art in Atlas

I've been living in the Capitol Hill/Atlas/H Street NE Neighborhood for nearly two years, and I'm always struck by the quality of the art that has popped up - some much more recently than others. It's something that makes the neighborhood unique and gives it such a strong sense of place.
