My fifth fourth of July in Washington DC was by far the most beautiful. Arthur brought us cool temperatures which made for an amazing day to be out in DC. The view of the National July 4th Celebration from the Netherlands Carillon near Arlington Cemetery is without equal. Happy Birthday America!
